The little engine that could, OnlineTV has been chugging along on the world?s music scene watching for emerging talent since 1996. Tonight the little OnlineTV went off and brought the world a brilliant live concert from the hottest rising talent on the charts, Keane. How in the world did these guys get this kind of early footage?
We watched this week as the site prepared the pages for the event and wondered with the rest of the fans if they really had that stuff. Only the long dedicated fans have ever heard of OnlineTV and some of them never heard of Bull and Gate or 12 Bar Club where the boys first cut their songs. Tonight we saw it; there it was, online and live. A real treasure!

Jimi Hendrix Cherokee Mist Released by Richard Black Project
OnlineTV, the Internets oldest Broadband Broadcast network is proud to release a lost Jimi Hendrix song, the incredible "Cherokee Mist." This song, written last century by the legendary guitarist Jimi Hendrix has been a lost gem for too long.
Richard Black has pulled deep into his soul to release this incredible track on his latest CD release "Shades of Blue" on the Skorpyo label. Richard Blacks long respect for Jimi Hendrix dates to the 60's when we all shared with as Hendrix went to the UK to launch his career. Richard Black followed in those footsteps. Venturing forth to the UK to launch his great International career. Touring the UK and Europe for 5 years as well as Japan and the rest of the East, the Richard Black Project became famous was invited to play for the opening of the first World Soccer Cup event to be held in the USA.
Black has spent the last few years in Chicago putting together several great new releases of rock and blues. With all the hard work finding, obtaining permission and finally releasing this very rare song we are proud to share in Richard Blacks' delight to bring this to the public.
